What are the standard deliverables?
For each survey you will receive a cover letter describing how many people we surveyed, where we surveyed and our methodology. You will also receive our standard topline and crosstab report. Click here to view a sample of our deliverables.

What is a topline?
A topline report will list the exact question that was asked in the survey and the overall response to each question broken out by percentage.

What is a crosstab?
A crosstab is delivered in Excel chart format and breaks down the respondents to each of your questions in greater detail, i.e. by demographic group, political party affiliation, and income levels.

How do I retrieve my results?
In order to retrieve the results of your survey you simply log into your account and you can view or download your deliverables. We will send you an e-mail when your results are ready

How can I cite and promote my poll results?
Our polls are your polls. Once you receive your results, you can cite them under your organization’s name or, if you prefer, as a Pulse Opinion Research survey. The data is yours to promote; we do not participate in promotion or commentary about our surveys or do analysis.
